Duration: 45 minutes
Description: Time to get your breath and body moving with an active continuous flow of postures, while placing our limbs with intention (a.k.a. vinyasa). Establishing alignment opens a practice up to safe and intentional exploration of movement. Linking intentional breath & movement, we will explore the edges of our movement comfort zones. We will build on transitions, inversions, and balancing postures. This class is great for building strength on top of a foundational yoga practice and is often seen as a more engaging entry point to yoga for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
