Biography: I have been moving since I was a kid, practicing martial arts from the age of ten. I was a high school and college athlete, and I began practicing yoga after a serious injury. I have incorporated different aspects of calisthenics, mobility, and mindfulness into an invigorating class that moves at an intuitive pace. For me, yoga is an opportunity for self-study, and a practice in kindness to yourself and others. When our passions meet our purpose, and we activate for those we care for, that’s when we create community.
