Biography: I am a public health communications professional with a passion for mindful movement and making exercise accesable for everyone. I'm originally from Massachusetts but have been in the DMV since 2012 and leading fitness classes since 2016. After a lifetime "career" as a swimmer, I was drawn to the intense cardio high of cycling and running. However, I learned the hard way that mindless movement leads to injury and quickly found myself in need of recovery. Yoga was and remains my saving grace. It lengthens not just my muscles but my mind. Today, I teach a wide range of classes to promote longevity and full system health. Cycling, running, and sculpt offer a challenge and opportunity to grow stronger both mentally and physically while yoga offers a test for your mucles in flexilbity and mobility to encourging recovery so we can do it all again!
